Known commonly as “FMA,” “Kali”, “Eskrima/Escrima”, and “Arnis”, the martial arts of the Philippines are famous among elite combat groups, Hollywood stunt professionals, and martial art enthusiasts around the world.

KALI:
The Art of Stick & Knife Movement


Tues 7:30pm-8:30pm

This exciting class teaches a variety of styles of Filipino Martial Art from a variety of systems. Lessons are fun, engaging, and are great for self defense, mobility, and in-depth study of this exciting cultural martial art.

FILIPINO FENCING:
Kalis Ilustrisimo & Larga Mano Dueling Methods


Thrs 7:30pm-8:30pm

This weekly session focuses primarily on the dueling aspects of Filipino Martial Arts, often referred to as “Juego Todo,” specifically utilizing traditional Filipino Swordsmanship. Learn the matrix of footwork, angled slashes and thrusts, and strategies of famous Filipino Duelists and modified Spanish and Italian Fencing.

- Dagger Dueling
- Sword/Dagger Sparring (optional)
